Fee Schedule Signals
Probate Filing Fees
Greenville County Probate Court publishes a fee schedule with estate and conservatorship court-cost tiers, copy fees, and certified copy fees. The fee PDF still references a small-estate affidavit bracket under $25,000, while the current South Carolina small-estate threshold in this rollout is $45,000, so verify small-estate filing fees directly before quoting a total.
Required Documents
- Death certificate
Verify whether the county requires a certified copy or accepts another form for the selected filing.
