    Moore County Collections processes payments, collects past-due property tax bills, and provides customer service by phone or in person. Payment options include in person by cash, check, credit card, or debit card at One Courthouse Square; mail by check or money order to Moore County Tax Department, P.O. Box 457, Carthage, NC 28327; phone at 1-855-451-2620 with bill numbers; and online through InvoiceCloud. InvoiceCloud charges a one-time convenience fee: 2.75% for debit/credit card payments and 1.5% for e-check with a $1.95 minimum. For real property, the due date is September 1, a discount is available before August 31, taxes are past due after January 5, and penalties are added for each month the bill remains unpaid. Verify estate payoff, refunds, delinquent status, payment timing, portal fees, municipal tax routing, and whether an online balance is complete before product-facing use.
