Note: The Vernon Parish Clerk of Court Civil Advanced Deposits schedule (effective April 2025) lists Successions at a $350.00 advance deposit (add $200.00 if publications are needed). The parish does not publish a separate small-succession deposit line, so the $350.00 succession deposit applies to both. Advance deposits are required at the time of filing. Verify the current deposit with the Civil Services Department ((337) 238-4345) before relying on a figure.
